Hog roasts are our speciality. Be assured, we only serve free range pigs that have been sourced and reared locally. We score the pig and rub in olive oil and salt to ensure quality crackling. The hog is roasted on a spit for up to 6 or 7 hours dependent on its size.
For parties or groups below 80 we can source a smaller hog or roast pork joint so that you get better value for money. Succulent pork served in a fresh bap with sage and onion stuffing with crispy crackling and apple sauce is a mouth-watering experience.
For those who prefer not to eat meat, we are happy to provide a vegetarian option.
The number of people attending a hog roast is not limited - we can cater for several thousand. All we do is use a larger number of spits. All roasts are accompanied by freshly made salads which can be as simple or as intricate as you wish. We cater for weddings, fun days and corporate events - simply contact us and tell us what you need.
