La Margherita was awarded the Best Mediterranean Restaurant in Dining Out & Eating In Cambridge 2007 - 2008! Winners were chosen by independent reviewers who visited a range of restaurants.

Family run, the restaurant has been open for 20 years at its location in the heart of Cambridge. It offers a selection of traditional Italian dishes from pizza to a 3-course meal. You can choose from the special lunch menu, a la carte or enjoy one of the daily specials.

In addition, the restaurant offers an extensive wine list and a bar offering a wide range of spirits and liqueurs, soft drinks and mineral waters. La Margherita also boasts a wonderful reputation in Cambridge for its quality and variety of Italian ice creams and home made desserts. The ice creams come from the award winning Marine Ices in London, renown for the fine flavour and texture.

Functions: The restaurant has a private function room for 30 persons, and by special arrangement, can accommodate up to 50 persons downstairs.
