Our mission is to make all our customers feel good about their food - not just vegetarians but everyone who appreciates delicious fresh food.

We aim to break away from the traditional image and have drawn upon the international origins of our staff and customers over the years, as well as reflecting upon our own travelling experiences to create new recipes that excite and stimulate the taste buds.

Established at this location as a vegetarian restaurant for over twenty years, Rainbow now provides an excellent choice for vegans and for customers with specific dietary requirements as all food is cooked from fresh ingredients on the premises.

The Rainbow was a Vegetarian Society Vegetarian Restaurant of the Year finalist in 2001, 2002 and 2003 and winner overall in 2005 and earlier in 2010 year we were shortlisted in the Cafe Society Awards in two Categories 'Best Cafe Food' and 'Best Innovations.

We regret that we shall be closed on Mondays until further notice. But please come visit us on any other day of the week!
