Haddenham Galleries is an Aladdin’s cave of art and crafts. With a programme of 8 or 9 different exhibitions showing throughout the year, there’s always plenty to fascinate and enchant. We were established in 1998, and since then we have earned a reputation as one of East Anglia’s leading galleries.


Haddenham Galleries is made up of several artistic spaces, each with its own allure and atmosphere. Visit the Ethnic Gallery, gathered over nearly 40 years from the most remote bazaars around the world; and the Tribal Rug Gallery , a musky den of kilims, flat woven rugs from Iraq and Afghanistan. And explore our Sculpture Garden, with its changing and unusual collection of outdoor sculptures. The gardens are a place for relaxation and reflection, where you can wander round, take in the art and enjoy the peace.

There are six artists with studios at Haddenham Galleries, and you can browse their work, watch the processes of creation and chat to them about their inspirations and techniques.

In our Art Gallery we run a series of exhibitions, often based around a common theme, which bring together contemporary works from artists and groups. Check our website for the upcoming exhibitions we’re looking forward to hosting.

In our tea shop we serve Fair Trade teas and coffees, tempting locally-made cakes and light lunches with home-grown salads picked from our own gardens.  

So come and spend a day or an afternoon. We have everything you could want for decorating your home, unique gifts for all occasions, and something special for yourself.  All our artists are happy to accept commissions, and our gift and card shop is full of curiosities and treats.
