Underneath the sign that reads Café Carrington's follow the stairs down to a self-service café with everything needed to restore a weary consumer. Bad manners
[VENUE RESPONSE BELOW]Ive been a customer of Carringtons for more than 20 years and would normally have nothing but praise for the establishment, but I had my opinion forcibly changed on Saturday lunchtime. As Local Secrets members know, the current loyalty points must be redeemed by 31st March or lost. When i asked to redeem my points (£7-61) against a £22-25 lunch bill, I was rudely told by the Manager
